Rustic Ravioli
A series of recent blood tests on yours truly detected a "slightly" raised cholesterol level (¥.2 .... I said ¥mm.2 .... alright the LDL was 5.3 mm mmol/L!)
So I've been trying to find cunning culinary ways of using up 2 kg of Extra Mature English Cheddar before launching myself into the choppy seas of serious dietary control.
Pictured is a rustic (I'm good at "rustic") homemade effort for Ravioli stuffed with home minced pork and spinach. Topped with "basic pasta sauce" .... and a little bit of cheese .....
