Got on a bus towards Marsaxlok, a small fishing village which is meant to have a great Sunday morning market, but ended up having to skip it as the bus driver drifted by a crowd of us trying to get him to stop and let us on. Gave up on that and headed to Rabat instead.

In Rabat we went to St.Pauls grotto and the catacombs which were pretty impressive. We then went to see an amazing Roman villa with beautifully intact tiled floors.

Afterwards we headed over to Mdina and after a little wonder we went to a film about its history and then went around a knights of Malta exhibit with lifelike statues of historic scenes and annoyingly temperamental sound packs. 'Please move on to the next exhibit'.

Stopped at the Fontanella tea gardens for hot chocolate, sorbet, and drinks, which was very beautiful, but slightly ruined by flies continuously diving into my drink.

Went to a nice pizzeria for dinner and had a lot of fun when we got home.
