Today I started jogging. Found a cool jogging website that tells you how to turn from a couch potato -- hello -- to a 5K runner in 3 months.
I thought in recognition of my first day of jogging, in ummm 3 or 4 years I would plagerize (or is it emulize?) the famous 16x9 2seconds by blips concept. So here is it: tripod,(well I used a tree root), 2 seconds self timer, click and run. NOT bad huh?
