Mono dahlias

Another day and in our case memorable because Operation Moving is on its way, we have spoken to relocation people and received whole lists of things to do. It's only our tenth move as a married couple, I think we do have the hang of it ;-) But on to more important things ...

MonoMonday's memorable results:

Thank you to all 116 Blippers who have entered last Monday's MonoMonday challenge, thank you so much for sharing your memorable moments, objects, proud parents and/or childhood memories, family heirlooms and more, you've made me smile so much and even tear up a couple of times.
It's almost impossible to choose just a few and I would have wanted to be able to give so many more hearts, but it wouldn't be
right. I have however sprinkled stars for all entries.

The hearts go to:
Serpentine     for the extraordinary event
Bikerbear       for such a special personal moment
Pipersmom   for a delightful and magical moment captured beautifully
Freyad            for a beautiful image of a very special object
sdg92             for a great shot of a wonderful and practical family heirloom

and special mentions go to

Goran Zebhur   for creating the movement through the family album
Cowgirl Carol    for an intriguing image of steam machines and their collectors
kiz75                  for a great capture of a melting clock
Arteegeedee    for capturing her much loved first bear
KandCamera    for managing to Blip her actual memorable travels on the TransSiberian

Thank you again for all your entries. If you haven't seen all of them , do have a look here , it's an amazing collection.
Next Monday 12 September the theme is 'traditional' and the tag MM138, very much looking forward to the interpretations of that theme :-)

Thanks very much for your kind comments and stars for yesterday's purple hydrangea macro, glad that you love those colours too :-)
