Hairdressing appointment first thing...horrible when the sun is shining! JohnD collected me and off we we went up to Doune for a walk with Rona. Had a picnic lunch which JD had kindly made up .

This afternoon has been spent in the back garden where it is nice and shady. I even got the ironing board out and did a big pile of ironing. Now it is time to think about tea. Hope you are all having a sunny day.

Last night we went up to Dunblane to see the gold post box in honour of Andy Murray's Olympic success.
