Quick Craster kipper kedgeree

After a few long busy days this week I had planned an early meal and a quiet evening. But as I was getting prepped to cook a knock at the door and an unexpected but very welcome visit from the lovely Liz Wills.
We had a lot to catch up on, stories and tears to share as we re-membered together.
So in the end food was late, rather thrown together but a very tasty experiment with my last Craster Kipper.
All good - there's more than one sort of food on offer when you need it.
