The media were there when we arrived and it included a couple of reporters and photographers I have got to know through our campaign. Today though they were not interested in us.

Well, Judy Murray finally gave evidence. This is what we had all been waiting for. The first bombshell was her revealing that the Park of Keir Partnership was just a marketing tool made up of her, Colin Montgomerie and Duncan King, the house builder who owned the land.  
It was not a company. Colin Montgomerie, the golfer, had moved away. There was no legal arrangement.

To our amazement Judy Murray said it was all based on trust. As one lawyer pointed out ( and she was grilled by three) if the builder got a better commercial offer for the site there was nothing she could do.
She simply said she trusted him. 
Another big surprise was not only  her lack of business knowledge but lack of interest too in how her dream would materialise apart from having a broadbrush idea of the concept she wished to deliver.

She is being used as a Trojan horse by a builder intent only on building houses yet she fails to see it. Her dream of a tennis centre as a  legacy to her son Andy Murray looks  like a vanity project.
