Derwent Water

Last swim in the lake before a long drive back. Just love how you can slip in the lakes here and swim. Just can't do this back home for free. I have to pay to swim in my local lake and it's only opened at certain times. But I'll not moan as I'm lucky to have a lake at all to swim in. I know I have the river but it's too shallow....unless we are flooded of course.
Had a great long weekend away. I absolutely love the Lake District.
Raised around £700 for the Free Orcas Foundation with everything I've done this weekend with my friend Alistair who did both climbs dressed in his whale suit. I might blip him tomorrow.
