Web of safety

Last day volunteering in the jungle again. On the journey there my mum sent me a picture of a spiders web much like this one and said "here's to weaving a web of safety around you, Jamie and Becky on your trip to the jungle - holding you in love". The web of safety worked and we are now home. At least this time I have anticipated and allowed space for the emotional processing needed to land properly after such a paradoxical, heartbreaking and heartwarming experience.
