Blowing away the cobwebs

Down to London for a meeting today.

That is 3 hours on the train, 1.5 hours in the meeting and 3 hours on the return journey. It went well but seemed a bit excessive.

Was glad when Tracey met me at the station with the kids and suggested we go to the coast for some fish and chips.
