CHALMAZEL (42)
Today's blip shows the pretty village of Chalmazel, with it's medieval chateau on the left of the picture, the village church on the right, and the ski slopes in the background. The extra shots show the bottom of the ski slopes and a pretty little stream running through the forest. The village is very quiet at this time of the year, due to the lack of snow no doubt, but during the winter months, the area is very popular with those who wish to try their skills with their skiis. Well our little excusion to this part of the world is drawing to a close, and we hit the road again tomorrow to return home to Normandy. On Sunday afternoon, if all goes to plan, we will be leaving for a couple of days for the Normandy coast, starting with the famous Mont St Michel on the Monday, so a good opportunity for some nice blips! I hope you are having a nice day and I thank you again for your following. Take care.
