Hips

A day of contrasts. Dark skies and torrential rain late on this morning. It had largely cleared by lunchtime but, as I'd left my waterproof at home, I opted for 2km on the treadmill rather than a walk outside. The first time in a while that the treadmill has been in use, but it will no doubt come into its own again during the winter months!

By late afternoon, when MrM and I walked on the Common with Louie, the sun was shining, but it was very windy. So today's Blip was taken in the relative shelter of our courtyard - the beautiful, dark-red hips of Rosa glauca.
