Along came a Spider

Saw this little fella in the garden tonight, clearly enjoying dinner!

So far so good with the diet, 9 days in and I've lost 3lb - long may it continue! Although with a weekend at the Touring Cars on the horizon I'm not sure if I'll lose any more this week even though I'll be trying to be good...... Honest!

Only one more day at work then 4 wonderful days off! Can't wait!
