Young and stylish!

I was following him and noticed his gelled hair wave which reminded me of how in the 80’s, girls from Staten Island, New York all had that exact gelled wave and then really long hair.  I loved his navy glasses and flowered shirt and thought he looked quite savvy.  I was trying to get a head of him and all of the sudden he crossed in front of me and I got a quick profile shot.
