Made in Yorkshire

I was sat on the back step this morning and thought, "I ought to do something with those blackcurrants." There was half a pound, enough for a pound of jam and a taster.
So I made jam and then this afternoon the scones to put it on. I didn't make the butter though - but it is Yorkshire.
