Big Fella (Day 486)

It was grey and overcast as we wandered up the hill this morning. The weather forecast promised better to come later. I wasn't holding out much hope.
We had an early lunch and headed to Stromness for a walk. Surprisingly we managed to avoid rain and midges, and there was a view across the Pentland Firth which was clear enough for us to see Ben Loyal on the horizon.
We walked past this big fella in his field. He watched us carefully as we went past. I have to admit to having a bit of a fascination for huge bulls. How do they get so massive when all they eat is grass?
It is nearly time for my beautiful wife to head off to her first shift back at work for a while. The dogs and I will look forward to her return tomorrow.
