Shocked

My week has gone steadily down hill and today I learnt that a Morris Dancing friend of ours had a pushbike accident yesterday and has passed away.  We may not have known him for long but we've seen him on a weekly basis since the beginning of the year and he has become part of our lives.   I feel numb and shocked.

I also spent 4 hours in A&E this morning with a neighbour, thankfully she is fine and didn't need to stay in hospital.
