The Amersham Arms

The morning was spent trying to batter my website into shape and reading back over notes from the Phase One course. 

The afternoon was more flat viewings. One in Peckham, one just down the road in Newcross. The one in Peckham was pretty good. The Newcross one was another slumlord special. Five people and a baby crammed sharing the kitchen and bathroom. There seems to be a lot of white pleather furniture on the go in rentals.  

Won't get my hopes up on the Peckham one as he had quite a few more people coming to see it.
