Hats off!

This hat has a story!  It came home with me a few weeks ago after a local village event.  It was left on a hay bale and I kind of picked it up....I refuse to say I was more than tipsy when I found it!!  I must return the hat to the village pub so that the rightful owner can claim it....I've got a funny feeling its the Vicars hat!!!!!
