53 km bike ride along the Trans Canada Trail from Duncan to the town of Lake Cowichan. Coffee at Tim Horton's in Lake Cowichan and lunch for some folks. Three wasps came to lunch as well. And on the return trip the five of us drank coffee at a Tim Horton's in Duncan.
