Cat on a mat and that

All this Olympic training in front of the tv is making me sleepy.Pardon me,big yawn!Really enjoying the Olympics, but training for my own event has left me exhausted.Training 18 hours a day for a gold in the 'male feline marathon sleep event' is terribly hard. I also sustained an injury when I was licking my bum earlier and pulled a muscle.My coach, the human isn't as encouraging as I'd thought she'd be. Remarks like ' are you going to sleep all day?' and ' Hubie, I want a cuddle' are unhelpful to my focused brain. Maybe she is seeing if I succumb to pressure. The last thing i'd want is to lose concentration and therefore quality sleep, and I don't want to be disqualified for not trying either.....ok, well a quick bite of protein and I'm back on it.
