'Developing my emotional literacy'

Out for a ride with that there jaybroek (turns out he can cycle as well as provide a mean babysitting service - who'da thunk it?). Early 7.30 start, 38 miles of the usual Midlothian shenanigans, first proper ride for me with the new bike and shoes and pedals and whatnot and I gotta say that it all felt pretty awesome, although my spell of recent illness meant that a little speed and stamina was lacking on a couple of occasions...but no complaints. All good (insert appropriate emoji <here>).
