Eaglesfield.

A couple of miles up the road from us is the village of Eaglesfield, today the village was "open" to anyone who wanted to look around. Most of the houses are very old but obviously over the years have been modernised,  a lot of them were welcoming the visitors to take a look inside. The "open" houses all had posters outside giving the history and the original layout of the house.
Extra shows the garden/buriel ground at the old Quaker Meeting House.
The weather was lovely and the tea and cake in the village hall were delicious.
