Some rare delight...

A very nice day out in Manchester. Beck and I went up on the train, visited the new Whitworth Gallery, ate at Mr. Cooper's House and stayed - on the cheap - in a posh hotel. A bit of luxury all-round. We went to see Roy Harper too, at the Bridgewater Hall - a very good gig, with string and brass accompaniment so he was pushing the boat out a bit too...
