Mousehole and The Minack
We had tickets to go and see Frankenstein at the Minack Theatre. On the way there we stopped off in Mousehole and spent some time wandering around the harbour there.
What a great setting the Minack is and what tremendous vision its creator, Rowena Cade, had. The play was wonderful and the setting perfect. As was the weather. Although we read reports that two nights later they performed in a howling gale with lashing rain. Somehow I think that might have added to it but I was perfectly happy to have watched it in the dry.
