Village make-over

Linton Jazz played at  a 'Village get-together' in Helions Bumpstead this afternoon.  The weather wasn't kind, and for the first set the band outnumbered the audience by about 4:1.

Happily, more people tuned up later in the afternoon (probably wondering what the noise was) and so our second set was played to a full village hall of smiley people.

As you can see the face painter was wonderful, and having run out of children to paint she started on the adults.  This lady looked pretty pleased with her make-over.
