Pizza & Ice Cream

Started the day with a new PB at Parkrun. This was my first time running solo in ages as I usually run with L.

Now got my time down to 22:33 (beat my previous by 2 secs)!

After that and a quick trip to the gym, I completed our ESTA's for next month trip to the States.

MrsT was going out for the day so I dropped her off at the rail station before getting the grass cut (front & back) and some general tidying up.

Then L and I went to Pizza Hut which was very unimpressive. Won't be back.
