A new skill.

"A" is studying GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition ( a new GCSE specification this year) and his first practical lesson next week is to make a mackerel dish. He needs to fillet it and present it with a couscous salad.

He needed to practise his filleting, so a couple of mackerel were purchased today and he had a go. I think he made a very good job of it- the second fish was really very good.
