Today it really felt like autumn had arrived - riding in the rain and beautifully colourful leaves.

The day was otherwise meant to be used for cleaning so the plan was to make something easy for dinner. It didn't quite go to plan as I bought a whole sea bass which I filleted, cooked and made stock from. Oh well, several hours left before midnight...
