It was very wet here today. Will had a good violin lesson, which was a relief as practising has been tortuous this summer. Carys finally finished the very small bit of homework she had and after lunch was despatched to Nanna's. Will visited the library, came away with ten books and wrote a thank you letter with baby 'cino bribery.

Back home he watched The Empire Strikes back whilst I started sewing/sewing back on 33 Rainbow, Brownie, Swimming and Beaver badges. Safe to say my fingers hurt!

Will also asked to do some cooking, so after tea we quickly made some chocolate cookies.

Carys came home and caught up with Strictly.

All in all not bad for a wet and miserable day.
