... my expectations.
I waited and waited for Nana's ice cream to fall on her lap while she was taking a shot of the OreoMimi. 

I was cruelly let down. 

The ingestion of a massive Chinese a few hours later, with some tasty, juicy squid in black bean sauce, restored some of my natural optimism.
