lancashire coastal path

for the first section of the path we walked from Freckleton to Lytham following the river on the coastal path. it was muddy - at one point l stood knee deep in mud and the only way to stop myself sinking was to grab onto brambles. at the end of the day my shirt and shorts were torn and l am covered in scratches - was so mad l nearly took a picture of them! just off for a soak to heal my wounds.
