Sergeant Major Noo

We had a lazy morning watching the Great North Run. This is the first time in 16 years that I haven't been running it......even when pregnant.....twice! The first thing to put me off was the date - 9/11, the second thing is the cost - it's a long way from where we live to Newcastle! The main reason, however, was my sister's lack of enthusiasm last year. However, she was quick to send me a FB message this morning to tell me how awful she felt for not doing it - so awful that she ran 13 mile on her treadmill!!!!

This afternoon's outing was a trip to Newhaven Fort for £3 (we got in for £1 as we'd been earlier this year!) ZQ suffered aminorn injury at rugby training........and we'll never hear the last of it....
