POPPIES

Yesterday in the Roma Street Gardens in our  fair city I found these beauties. Actually they are in a special closely planted area called Spectacle Garden. Indeed in early spring it is a great spectacle. The blooms were backlit and it was tricky to focus through the viewer. I had only my pocket Sony with me which, as always, delivered the goods!
