Spoonbills Arrive

This morning we received a report that six roseate spoonbills had showed up at the marsh.
I went over in the afternoon and was fortunate to have some of them fly over to a small back cove area where closer photo ops were possible.
We always love seeing these funny pink birds with their spatula shaped bills and hope they stick around for a while.
