Scraggy curved bill bird ..

... which turned out to be a Narrow-billed Woodcreeper (Lepidocolaptes angustirostris), a lifer for me, and known locally as the Chinchero Chico. Saw this (and many other birds) on the roadside between San Rafael and San Luis - a good day's birding.
