PS Waverley passes Arran

This zoom, taken from the wonderful beach at Ostel Bay, surprised me with its sparkly definition. I was trying to catch the distinctive but distant outline of PS Waverley as I noticed that Arran seemed clearer and bluer by the minute.

Directly above Waverley you can see the twin peaks of Goatfell and North Goatfell, and to their right the unmistakable notch of Ceum na Caillach, the Witch's Leap.

A perfect day in a beautiful part of the country.
