More piano practice!

Today is my busy alternative flower Friday, in the shape of Violet.  This morning she  was hugely amused when my son blew up a balloon for her and instead of tying a knot, let it go so that the air expelled in a noisy and clearly very exciting fashion! He was exhausting after a dozen or so goes, but not so Violet!
After lunch I took Violet to collect some  pink shoes that we had ordered for her the week before, to complete her winter shoe collection.  Now that she is walking it's important that she has correctly fitting  footwear of course, but it must look nice too!
This photo was taken early evening when her Mummy arrived after work  so that we could all have dinner together.  Both Mr MC and Violet's Mum - daughter #2- can play by ear and are very musical, whereas I find no problem in reading the music but sadly lack all flare in performing.  I hope Violet takes after Mummy and Grandpa!
