Today was the bimonthly meeting of the committee I chair for Council. In Wellington. A colleague and I arrived in Wellington to low cloud and little sun, and the potential to be clouded (or fogged) in. However, not only did the meeting go well, and finish a bit ahead of the expected time, the Wellington winds had dispersed all the cloud and we got away early. 

I tried for a photo of another of Auckland's volcanic cones when stopped at traffic lights as I left the motorway. Junked it as soon as I looked at it.

Fortunately, there was another magnificent sunset from the deck.
