Just finished my ......

..... 50 minutes in the pool ( 11.00am ) I was ok in the water but just have NO strength in my right leg. Getting up and down the stairs at the pool is quite unpleasant !!!
I then went to Sainsbury's to get a few bits and fill the car with petrol, it was coolish in the shop but when I came out it was like getting into a hot bath, even the men were feeling it , giving out a few expletives ???
I'm now home waiting to hang the washing out and having a cuppa!!

Happy ..... to have made the pool even if it hasn't done much good, cos' I've got to keep moving!
