Notes: Busy day - went for a jog (knees felt great) and then headed downtown. Hit Trader Joe's first and then did 3 hrs in the St. A's office updating the website for the 2017 race. Back and worked most of the afternoon and talked to Larry. Forgot to get a pic thru all this but nice sunset sky.
