Wasps nest?

Went to lunch with my friend Linda today and on the way home popped into her house to have a last look round as she moves on Thursday.
As we were looking at all the boxes in the shed she has packed ready to go, she pointed this out. Fairly sure it's a wasp nest?

Would anyone disagree?
