Baklava

G burst into my room this morning all excited. She's been reading a book by Brother Andrew and said she had a vision, but I wasn't going to hear about it until we had a "working lunch" somewhere; so we set out on a long drive to The Banyan Tree Al Wadi in Ras Al Khaimah.

We've heard about it but never been before. It is set in the desert. RAK's sand is definitely more red than the normal dunes you see. And this restaurant is very neatly set out close to the main Reception area. Lunch eaten, G unfolded her plan! We had a discussion and wrote some things down... now it needs some details checked.

Got home really fast on the E611... to enjoy watching pictures taken on our mobile phones projected wirelessly on to the TV. That was fun. Lots that need to be deleted though - mainly out of focus or with camera shake! And then G found The Boy In the Striped Pyjamas on Netflix. That was not easy watching.

Back to work for two days before the weekend happens...
