Lights

After a hot afternoon surveying Shining Guest Ants at Longshaw, I had a quick look at the area where I found the Entoloma bloxamii on Sunday to see if there where more around, but no joy.
About an hour ago, we had the most dramatic storm - thunder, lightening, horizontal hail. The lightening continued for a while after the hail, so I fired off a few shots to see if I could catch the lightening. As well as the lightening, there is the street light, shining on the trees in the park, the solar light in a bottle in the garden, and car headlights on the hill opposite,
known since the Tour de France Grand Depart, as Côte D'Oughtibridge.
