Run along embankment

Working in a very hot London again today. Delivered a presentation to bus del team and then escaped for half an hour to gran lunch, headed through trafalgar square in the blazing sun and bought a sketch book and small watercolour set before finding lunch! Got to my hotel about 7pm and went for a 3.5 mile run along the embankment just after dark, though it was still roasting - I got back to the hotel at 8.30 and was still passing people in shorts and t-shirt! passed this lovely installation in the Thames outside the tate called ' take me to the river '.
