M1 South - Sheffield

TUESDAY

I was in the office for 7:45 am before heading off to a "Breakfast" meeting.

I didn't leave the office until late. It was 24 degrees at 7 pm and a storm was brewing. I headed straight down the M1 to Sheffield with Harriet. What should have taken 45 minutes took nearly double the time as we drove through a lightning storm with torrential rain and at times almost zero visibility.

I'm now home in Halifax. It's already tomorrow and I'm now packing for a trip to London
