A new car should be clean inside out. Being lazy we had the car cleaned at a business that had been recommended to us. It is as far west on the Reykjavík peninsula as one can go. We new the guy is very thorough, but were still taken aback when he told us it would take at least two and a half hours. How expensive would this be, I thought. Fortunately the weather suddenly became very nice, so we walked around Seltjarnarnes, past the church and a transformer station with the logo of the energy company before the merger. I always thought it was so neat, two very square R:s intertwined...
The cleaning of the car was not expensive, but very reasonable and the car was sparkling inside, out. Top job!
