Morning view with hares

Breagh and I climbed high in the fields on our walk this morning; this is the view looking south east.
As we walked, I could see two hares crouching low in the grass. When we got too close for comfort they bounded away from us (as in inset photo).
Breagh found their forms and spent a long time snuffling the tantalising savour of their fresh scent.
