Sedum?

A neighbour, who knows how much I love photography and flowers, brought this for me to play with.  I know nothing about succulents and have taken little interest in them, but how can one ignore this! I was amazed when I saw it up on the screen and am happy to post it with no "faffing" except a little sharpening. I have trawled every succulent website I can find, but have not found this specimen. I know now there is huge range of sedums, so hoping someone recognises this one.
