No matter who. This is Mark practicing his CPR. I attended a First Aid Course with Mark tonight as part of my role as Medic for the Masters Games 5k,10k and Cross Country. It was good to be able to sit back and see how Don runs his courses. As an Ambulance Officer I am a complete Failure at CPR with 100% of the Cardiac Arrest Patients I attended decided they wanted to stay dead,however that was their choice and of the many years of teaching First Aid and CPR I have had students contact and approach me to thank me for teaching them CPR as they had successfully performed effective CPR and saved their patients Life
